Success of the month

Every month, we recognise someone who’s gone above and beyond. It’s one of the ways we live our ‘lead by example’ value and make sure great work doesn’t go unnoticed.

  • “This month, Mark Mushet is recognised for his impact across the Building Materials team, where he has led complex data initiatives while improving how colleagues and customers work with information. His work has strengthened internal processes, supported key account activity, and enabled more effective customer engagement. Working closely with the KAM team, Mark has contributed to major projects and tenders, while also developing practical tools and training to help customers operate more efficiently. Alongside this, he is a trusted point of support across the business, consistently resolving challenges and identifying better ways of working.”

  • “This month, we’re delighted to recognise Kathryn as our Success of the Month. Kathryn continues to demonstrate exceptional leadership across the Key Account Management function, consistently driving high standards of service delivery and customer focus across the team. Kathryn’s commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement ensures that both our customers and colleagues benefit from her experience and approach.”

    Kathryn Irons

  • “The Q2 Quantum release is the most significant since launch, introducing Obligation Management and laying the foundations for customers to independently manage their own contracts. Paul has been at the centre of these changes, quietly and effectively leading the way while supporting the software development team through a complex and important phase of delivery.”

    Paul Nolan

    Inprova

  • “Fin has been recognised consistently for the impact he is making across the business, combining strong day-to-day delivery with a clear willingness to take ownership, support colleagues and to keep moving things forward. Furthermore, when the Quantum Billing team was down to just him recently, due to annual leave and sickness, Fin stepped up in what was the busiest period of the month and delivered. Fin’s recent performance also reflects the behaviours we want to see across Inprova: proactive, commercially aware, customer-focused and committed to doing the right things well. He has demonstrated real maturity in his role and is a very worthy Success of the Month.”
