Inprova B Corp Impact Report 2025: Achievements and 2026 Targets

Our B Corp Impact Report sets out how Inprova performed across all five impact areas in 2025, what our score of 89 means, and what we’re working towards next.

We became a B Corp in 2025. Here’s what we’ve done with it.

B Corp certification isn’t a badge you put on a website and move on from. It’s a rigorous, independently verified assessment of how a business treats its people, its customers, its community and the planet. The median score for businesses that complete the assessment is 50.9. We scored 89. We’re treating that as a baseline, not a ceiling.

This report is our honest account of what we achieved across the five B Corp impact areas in 2025 and what we’re committed to doing better between now and our recertification in 2027. For our customers, it’s also evidence that when you work with Inprova, you’re working with a business that holds itself to a higher standard.

“Inprova hardwires social value into the procurement right from the start.” Scott Duffield, Head of Procurement, Incommunities Ltd

What’s in the report:

  • Our overall B Impact Score of 89, how that compares to the median for ordinary businesses, and the improvement plan we’ve set for each of the five impact areas.
  • Our environmental progress in 2025, including zero direct Scope 1 emissions maintained for the fourth consecutive year, an 11.5% reduction in Scope 2 emissions, a 6% improvement in carbon intensity per employee and a 150% increase in electric vehicle uptake among our team.
  • How our Workers score of 32.2 reflects a 92% team satisfaction rate, 91% confidence in management against a 74% industry average, and a new apprenticeship programme bringing four recruits into the business.
  • What our Governance score of 20.8 looks like in practice, including 100% of suppliers paid within 30 days, B Corp certification itself as a governance commitment, and our alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals at every level of the business.
  • How we achieved a Net Promoter Score of 73 in 2025, up 24% on the previous year, and what that tells us about the customer relationships we’re building.
  • Our Community impact, including £2.17 million in social value contributions through supplier contracts, a record £193.5 million spend with SMEs up 51% on 2024, and £205,700 contributed to Clarion Futures to support community grants and social housing residents.
  • The direct fundraising and volunteering that sits behind our Community score, from £23,116 raised for Cash for Kids supporting 1,000 local children, to 190 food parcels delivered to families on behalf of St Joseph’s Family Centre.
  • How we’re preparing for the new B Corp standards ahead of our 2027 recertification, including ambassadors for each of the seven new impact areas covering Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, Climate Action and Environmental Stewardship.
